Rooms you would live in

When Old Mill Riverside Mansion Ltd has a home to let, we show the rooms in daylight. You see where you would sit, where you would sleep, and how the light falls. The pictures here are the kind of rooms that come up. They are not a list of homes free today.

A place to sleep

We open the window, look at the sill, and check the lock on the way in. A bedroom should shut properly and have space for a bed that is already there, or room for yours if the home is let unfurnished. We say which it is before you travel to see it.

The room you sit in

You stand in the living room and see the light, the floor, and whether there is room for a table. We point out anything that is tired: a mark on a wall, a window that sticks, a tap that drips. Better to see it then than after you have moved in.

Before you take it

We write the rent, the date you can move in, and what stays in the home. If you want it, you say so by email. We do not hold a home for you on a spoken word alone.

To ask whether we have a place to show, use the contact page and say how many people would live there.
