The home is one we hold. You live there and pay the rent we have agreed. We do not sell the house to you through this desk, and we do not list a home that belongs to someone else.
A start is simple. You write with the kind of place you need, and we say whether we have one to show. If we do, we offer a time. See the rooms for the sort of space this is.
Before you move in, you get the rent, how often it is paid, and what it covers. If heating, water, or a parking space sits outside the rent, we say so. A figure should be readable without a specialist.
We do not change the rent in the middle of the term we have written down, unless that writing already says when a change can happen.
If something in the home breaks and it is ours to repair, you write and we book it. A leak or a lock that will not turn comes first. You look after the place as you found it, apart from ordinary wear.
We do not walk in without a time you have agreed, except where the writing already allows us in for an urgent repair.
